**Cranberry Home Care offers premier non-medical in-home care. We accept private pay and long-term care insurance. We do not participate in the Medicaid program via the state of Massachusetts.**

Home care services are offered in Massachusetts to assist older folks, people with disabilities, and people with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease or associated dementia in successfully aging in place.

Services are available based on needs assessment.

The Home Care Program in Massachusetts provides care management and in-home support services to assist older persons, people with disabilities, and people with Alzheimer’s Disease or associated dementia in successfully aging in place.

Age, residence, and capacity to do daily duties determine eligibility for the Home Care Program.

Adults 60 and older, as well as people under 60, who have Alzheimer’s disease or associated dementia, receive care management and in-home assistance.

Income determines the cost share rates for supportive services provided under the Home Care program.

Applicants must be residents of Massachusetts who do not live in an institutional or Certified Assisting Living facility.
