Job Responsibilities

Interested applicants must be mature, motivated, compassionate, trustworthy, dependable, and 100% patient-centered.

The responsibilities for this position include all the following:

  • Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
  • Assist with transfers and ambulation including the use of a cane, walker, and wheelchair.
  • Provide timely medication reminders and observe the client for compliance in taking medications.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties as determined in the client’s plan of care.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to the specific dietary requirements of the client.
  • Provide socialization, emotional reassurance, companionship, and stimulation for the client including reading, walks, etc.
  • Accompanying the client to doctors or other appointments as needed.

Job Requirements

All applicants must have/be able to:

  • Pass all pre-employment screening – including a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
  • A valid driver’s license & current car insurance
